A ten-minute walkthrough

1. PEC, Overview. Three critical items for 2025–2026 open the page: a safety or supervision concern on Emergency Psychiatry (Dr. Quartz), attending mistreatment on the Outpatient Clinic (Dr. Jasper), and duty-hour violations on Inpatient Psychiatry. The file says only that each exists and where; no count, no quote, no reporter. That is why the file name says NOT-SAFE-TO-SHARE (ADR 0005).
2. PEC, Overview flags. Seventeen flags: thirteen from the core survey, four from well-being. Resident "Faculty available for supervision" is below specialty and national and has declined three years running. Select its value for the report and the verbatim line.
3. PEC, ACGME survey. Switch to Faculty: 2021–2022 is suppressed, four respondents against a threshold of five. View the page source if you like; the value is not there either. Tick Show compatibility bands: only 'Faculty available for supervision' has a band that excludes the national value; every other flagged gap is indistinguishable from national at this cohort size.
4. PEC, Well-being. Means on a 1 to 5 scale beside specialty and national, and how residents answered. 'I feel emotionally exhausted by my work' is negatively worded, so its rise is flagged as worse; each printed mean is checked against its answers in Verification.
5. PEC, Rotations. Residents' evaluations of each rotation as percent favorable, from the New Innovations export. Child and Adolescent is suppressed (three evaluators a year). Emergency Psychiatry's supervision score sits beside its critical item.
6. PEC, Milestones. The only milestone data the PEC gets: how ratings spread across level bands, all residents together.
7. PEC, Meeting brief, Site-visit prep and Explore. The brief is the one page the chair prints or pastes into the agenda. Site-visit prep gives each flagged or critical item its trend, the question a visitor would ask, what the committee has recorded, and a box for the committee's own answer. Explore puts any items side by side over the years.
8. PEC, APE and Interventions. The committee's workspace: mission, SWOT, an Ishikawa fishbone, action items suggested from this year's flags, QI projects, and interventions linked to the items they should move. Type your name, add a point, and a bar offers Save updated dashboard: the edits travel inside the file, and the next build carries them into the package.
9. PEC, Verification and Sign-off. Every value recomputed from its records; tick values against their source lines; draft the sign-off that clears UNVERIFIED on the next build.
10. CCC dashboard. The same import, identifiable. Resident Elm went down in three subcompetencies; Resident Hazel has not moved in a year; Resident Larch is a final-year resident well short of the graduation target. Critical items: Detail lists the export rows behind each, never who reported it.
11. Build it yourself. Load the thirteen files. Each is recognised by exactly one of six adapters; both packages are built in the page and checked against the Python pipeline's: the same bytes from two runtimes.

What this alpha is not

It reads synthetic layouts only: one survey report and three New Innovations exports, invented for the alpha. Real layouts are added from structure inventories that programs share (headers and shapes only, never values). New Innovations publishes no open API, so a real program's data arrives as exported files a coordinator drops in; the tool itself never connects to New Innovations. Critical-item rules are a pilot, listed with the categories still to discuss in packages/rules/critical.json. Exams, operations and the action plan are not built. The runtime decision is still open: both runtimes exist and produce the same packages.

Every dashboard is one file that makes no network connection: its content-security policy forbids one, and the build fails if the output references a URL.
